Welcome to the Potomac Vegetable Farms' recipe database. This is a collection of recipes centered around the vegetables available through our CSA and at our stand. It works best if you search for a single ingredient with a single word if possible (for instance "chard" works better than "swiss" and though you may not find what you're looking for with "escarole," seraching for "greens" may help).
We welcome your recipe submissions and encourage you to rate and comment on the recipes already in the database. It's a small collection right now, but with time and your help, it will grow.
