Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 clove
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cups chickpeas

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and purée until smooth. If mixture is too thick add a little more water. Enjoy!
