What are the amounts of vinegar and honey. They are not listed. Assuming the 2 large listed is for carrots. Please advise.

The two large are carrots. Oops. As for the vinegar and honey amounts, the original recipe neglected to list them. https://eatingrichly.com/asian-slaw-beet-carrots-kohlrabi-recipe/
