The newsletters section is now caught-up with last week’s “In the Bag” as well as this week’s newsletters as well as a batch of new recipes.

I hope to meet a lot of my fellow CSA members at the farm tour/potluck this weekend!

A handful of new vegetables have been added to the ID page: tomatillos, fennel, the mysterious kohlrabi, and Italian parsley.

Also, Hana pointed out that I mentioned “Wednesday” a few times in my site updes. She reminded me that some CSA members get their veggies on Tuesday and Thursday, depending on where they live. So, I apologize for the subtle discrimination I showed to the Tuesday and Thursday members. :)

I may be a little late getting the newsletters posted this week as I’m heading out of town, but I’ll make every attempt to get them up without too much delay.

This week we’ve added another batch of new recipes from “In the Bag,” as well as one from my mom’s kitchen that’s long been a summer favorite.

Also, I added a print style sheet to the site tonight. What’s this mean? Well, when you print a page from the site (like, say, a recipe) you’ll get the PVF logo and then your content without any of the navigation! It makes for a much nicer printed page and you don’t need to click on any of those silly “printer-friendly version” buttons to get it.
